HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE ON SolamorDesign.COM?
Some of our SolamorDesign items are available for purchase on the SolamorDesign.com website. In order to check the availability of an item, choose the article that interests you on our website and click on it. This will result in one of two things.
If the "order" button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes will be displayed.
It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is not available for online purchase, in which case it will be marked "only available in boutiques".

HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
For all orders placed on our SolamorDesign.com website via your SolamorDesign account, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email. Your receipt will also be sent along with your package to the billing address you provided.
If you placed your order as a guest, your receipt will be sent together with your order to the delivery address you provided.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE SolamorDesign.COM WEBSITE?
IS AN ONLINE PURCHASE ON SolamorDesign.COM SECURE?
All transactions done on the SolamorDesign.com website are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, SolamorDesign makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you placed your order via your SolamorDesign customer account, log in to your account then click on "my orders". You will then be able to follow the status of your order.
If you do not receive your package within 7 working days, please contact the Whatsapp number .
WHERE DOES SolamorDesign.COM SHIP?
SolamorDesign.com does ship internationally at this time.
Delivery Time
Orders must be placed by 3:00pm to be process during the same business day. Orders received on Thursday after 3pm, and federal holidays will be processed on the following business day and then delivery time will be applied.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS ?
SolamorDesign would like you to be pleased with your purchase and will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 7 days of purchase through our website. SolamorDesign.com purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. If you would like to return an item, simply complete the Return Form included with your shipment and place it inside the return package. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the top of the original shipping label. Please return the item(s) in its original product packaging. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label. SolamorDesign.com is unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return. Dior reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service on Whatsapp +46 766 050 560; our advisors will be very happy to assist you with your request.

You can create your SolamorDesign customer account by clicking on the "Your Account" section located in the menu at the top of our website. Then click on "Create an Account" and fill in the obligatory information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click on "Validate".

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ON SolamorDesign.COM?

If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

If you forget your password, click on "Your account" and then on "Forgot my password". An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
