HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
SolamorDesign would like you to be pleased with your purchase and will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 7 days of purchase through our website. SolamorDesign.com purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. If you would like to return an item, simply complete the Return Form included with your shipment and place it inside the return package. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the top of the original shipping label. Please return the item(s) in its original product packaging. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label. SolamorDesign.com is unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return. Dior reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.
